At NOIZEZZ you can exchange or return your purchases within 14 days after purchase in the original, undamaged packaging provided the item is unused (because of understandable hygienic reasons). This does not apply to special orders/customized items, such as customized hearing protection equipment and earpieces.
How do returns work?
You can return the product by post to the webshop. Make sure that you enclose the invoice or a note with your details with your return stating the reason why you would like to exchange. You can also return the product personally to our head offices in Hoofddorp. See the address below. Unfortunately, it is not possible to immediately receive the return payment at our head offices.

Can I exchange my ordered product?
It is possible to exchange a purchased product for, for example, another type of hearing protection equipment. To this effect please contact us through email@example.com or by phone number +31(0)23-5544010.
How much does it cost to return an item?
You are responsible yourself for the return costs of an item. If a parcel is returned to us with insufficient postage, unfortunately we cannot accept the parcel. Obviously, there are no costs for a return if you take the product(s) back to our head offices personally.
Have you received the wrong product?
We process your order with the greatest possible care. Should you nevertheless receive an item that you have not ordered, we kindly ask you to contact us and return the order to us. We will refund the shipping costs to your bank account. Of course, we do not charge shipping costs for sending the right product afterwards.
Have you received a defective or incomplete product?

If after opening the packaging you find out that the delivered product is defective or incomplete, please contact us for further handling.
