NOIZEZZ is a leading company in the field of earmolds for hearing aid wearers and hearing protection. Protecting people from hearing damage and allowing them to optimally enjoy sound by offering high-quality hearing protection and earmolds. That is our mission.
There are situations in which your data is collected by NOIZEZZ. It is therefore good for you to know what we do with it and how you can indicate your wishes regarding your data. That is what this statement is about.

NOIZEZZ processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This might include offering NOIZEZZ services or products. Your data will never be sold to third parties. The data required to be supplied are the minimum data required to offer our services or products. For example, your e-mail address is needed to communicate with you about your purchase in our webshop. If these mandatory data are not provided, NOIZEZZ cannot offer the service in question.
Personal data is collected by NOIZEZZ for a number of purposes. These are explained below:
Your data will be collected if you contact NOIZEZZ via the website. However, this form will only ask for the data necessary to answer the question, such as your name, company name, e-mail address and telephone number.
The NOIZEZZ website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. These data are anonymous and are therefore not linked to your personal details. Think of information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot.
NOIZEZZ will never keep your data longer than necessary to carry out activities, unless we have to keep your data longer on the basis of statutory regulations.
When you contact NOIZEZZ by e-mail, the data you send us, such as your name, company name and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These e-mails will be stored for a maximum of two years.
The data that Analytics collects on the website are anonymous, so they are not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
Right of access
You have the right to request access to your data recorded and kept by NOIZEZZ at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting NOIZEZZ by telephone. You will then receive an overview of your data.
Right of rectification
Are your data incorrect? Or have your data been changed? You have the right to have this rectified by NOIZEZZ.
Right to transfer
Should you need the data stored by NOIZEZZ in case you change to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. In this case NOIZEZZ will transfer all your data to the other party.
Right to erase data
Do you no longer want your data to be recorded by NOIZEZZ? Then you have the right to have your data erased.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority if you feel that NOIZEZZ is not handling your data properly.
Right to stop the use of data (objection)
Do you not want NOIZEZZ to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data. You can make use of these rights via email@example.com and send a copy of ID-submission in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID-number and BSN have been made illegible. We aim to respond within one week.
No physical copies will be made of your personal data. Your data will only be managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by NOIZEZZ or by previously mentioned third parties are only accessible via the above-mentioned software and systems.
